Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):

Purpose and Legal Basis

Data is processed for the purpose of entering into and performing the service agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and fulfilling the Controller's legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention Period

Data will be retained for the duration of the contract and after its termination for the period required by tax law (5 years).

Data Recipients

Data may be transferred to entities providing services to the Controller (e.g. accounting, hosting), only to the extent necessary for service delivery. Data is not transferred outside the EEA.

Your Rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, request erasure, restrict processing, data portability and lodge an objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Voluntary Provision

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform the service agreement.
