Terms of Service – aikeep.io (B2B)

Effective from January 1, 2025

§1. General Provisions

1. These Terms govern the provision of electronic services by the Service Provider to Business Clients through the website available at aikeep.io.

2. The Service Provider is: Details provided upon subscription activation.

3. Services are provided exclusively to business entities (B2B). The Service Provider does not serve consumers.

§2. Definitions

• Service – the aikeep.io platform providing access to AI models.
• Client – a business entity that has entered into a Service Agreement.
• Service – provision of access to AI cluster computing power and Open WebUI interface for processing queries and analysing documents.

§3. Agreement and Payments

1. The Agreement is concluded through the Client's individual submission via the website form.

2. The Service Provider issues a proforma invoice to the provided email address.

3. Payment of the proforma invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

4. Access is activated promptly after payment is received.

5. All prices listed are net prices. VAT is added according to applicable rates.

§4. Confidentiality (NDA)

The entire infrastructure operates in an isolated local environment. The Service Provider undertakes to keep strictly confidential all data, documents and queries entered by the Client. Data is not transferred to third parties (including public AI model providers).

§5. Liability and Complaints

1. The Service Provider commits to maintaining 99% SLA for paid plans.

2. The total liability is limited to the fee paid by the Client for the last billing period.

3. Complaints should be submitted to [email protected] and will be processed within 14 days.

§6. Final Provisions

Polish law governs this Agreement. Disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider's registered office.
